Hello, I’m Chef Nico, an Active Duty Army Chef with a passion for culinary arts. I’ve had the privilege of training under Michelin Star chefs, which has profoundly shaped my approach to cooking. In addition to being an amazing mixologist and a designer of chef jackets, I also host a traveling food series on YouTube.

Originally from Detroit, Michigan, my culinary roots are steeped in the rich, diverse flavors of Middle Eastern cuisine. Who doesn’t love a good Shawarma? My culinary repertoire extends to Japanese, Italian, French, and Indian cuisines. My food draws inspiration from cultures around the world, but I excel at creating innovative dishes that push the boundaries of imagination, mystery, gastronomy, and emotional connection. There is poetry in my food and cocktails, and my flavors are harmonious.

Hosting my YouTube show has been my most significant growth as a chef. It has given me the honor of meeting chefs from around the world, learning about food through their eyes, imagination, and traditions that unfold on a plate.
