Our Story

On The Fly Tapsters is a unique catering company born from the diverse experiences and passions of its founder, Jennifer Cumming. With a background that spans art, chemistry, and ballet, Jennifer brings a creative and scientific approach to everything she does. Holding a degree in Chemistry and Religious Studies, she initially aimed for medical school but found her true calling in a different realm.

Life’s journey took Jennifer and her family across the globe, accompanying her husband during his military career. Along the way, she developed a deep passion for creating healthy, wholefood meals, which eventually led her into the catering industry. Her commitment to offering nutritious and delicious food, including a variety of gluten-free options, sets On The Fly Tapsters apart from traditional catering companies.

Our Founder

Jennifer’ s path to catering was both unconventional and inspiring. After caring for her mother post-stroke, she sought a way to alleviate stress and found herself at bartending school. This experience ignited a new passion, and she soon launched her own mobile bartending company.

Her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to healthy eating quickly expanded the business into full-service catering. Jennifer’ s unique blend of artistic creativity, scientific precision, and personal dedication drives On The Fly Tapsters to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences for every event. Her innovative approach ensures that our offerings are not only delicious but also health-conscious and inclusive.
